83ok Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "83ok", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 83ok platform accessible at https://83ok.io and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 83ok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 83ok platform.
• "Platform" refers to the entire 83ok website, mobile web interface, game lobby, sportsbook, casino, cashier, and any ancillary tools or services provided through https://83ok.io.
• "Funds" refers to any real-money balance held within a player's 83ok account, including deposited amounts and confirmed winnings.

The 83ok platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are 21 years of age or older. The 83ok platform is strictly an adult service. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under the age of 21 is prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 83ok, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 83ok platform for any reason, including breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

To access the full features of the 83ok platform, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing management of your account:

• One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 83ok platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. 83ok will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.
• KYC verification: 83ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any point during the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 83ok support may result in account restriction.

4.1 Deposits. 83ok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your account instantly. Deposits via card may be subject to standard processing times. 83ok does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Fully KYC-verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume or outside standard processing windows may take up to 24 hours. 83ok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All accounts on the 83ok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager values, and winning amounts are expressed in BDT.

4.4 Refusal of transactions. 83ok reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 General bonus terms. All promotions, bonuses, and free bet offers made available through the 83ok platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering requirements. Bonus Funds awarded to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings or remaining bonus balance may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed with Bonus Funds count toward wagering requirements; wagers placed with real-money Funds do not contribute.

5.3 Bonus eligibility. Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim any bonus more than once using multiple accounts or identities constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5.4 Game restrictions. Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Live dealer games, certain slots, and certain crash games may have restricted or zero contribution rates.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the player's account without notice and without compensation.

6.1 Acceptance of bets. All wagers placed on the 83ok platform are subject to acceptance by 83ok at its sole discretion. 83ok reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without providing a reason, including but not limited to wagers placed on events or outcomes where 83ok determines that acceptance would be contrary to these Terms & Conditions or applicable rules.

6.2 Sportsbook. Cricket outright markets, match betting, and tournament winner markets are governed by the specific market rules published within the 83ok sportsbook. In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules stated for the relevant market. 83ok's decision on all bet settlements is final.

6.3 Casino and live casino. All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, operate using certified random number generators or live-play mechanics supplied by third-party certified game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming). The rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and game mechanics for each title are those published by the respective game provider. 83ok does not modify game outcomes.

6.4 Errors and malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds quotation, an erroneous game outcome, or an incorrect balance display, 83ok reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and restore the player's account balance to its correct pre-error state. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error will not be paid.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 83ok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus allocations or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

• Losses attributable to platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or mobile network operators.
• Any financial loss resulting from your participation in betting or gaming activities on the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 83ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
